A walkable corridor of independent restaurants, neighborhood services, and the legendary Glover Park Day. Tucked between Georgetown and the National Cathedral.

Our Role

We came to Glover Park because the bones were good and the need was real. Legacy businesses were doing everything right and still struggling to keep their storefronts competitive. Landlords were capturing the value of improvements while tenants bore the cost. The corridor needed an advocate to show up daily, connect owners to resources, and make the kind of physical investments that signal a neighborhood is worth paying attention to.

That's what we do here every day.
