Keeping D.C.'s Neighborhoods on The Map

Local City Collective was founded in 2019 with a simple belief: that the neighborhoods people actually live in deserve the same investment and attention as anywhere else in D.C.

Our Mission

Local City Collective exists to support the small businesses, property owners, and community corridors that give D.C. neighborhoods their identity.

We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit rooted in upper northwest D.C., working every day to make sure the local operators, legacy businesses, and neighborhood storefronts that communities depend on have the resources they need to survive and thrive.
